This page has the details of the services provided for your ordering requirements with Send-a-Send.com (trading as Global Green Gardens s.l.) and the terms and conditions associated with your order. We hope the following information will make your shopping hassle free.



All prices in our virtual store are in Euros. The approximate value in other currencies is for guidance only. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice and we reserve the possibility of correcting any printing errors in the virtual store.

Please provide us with your telephone number and/or email so that we can contact you to confirm your order.

If an item is not in stock we will notify you when it becomes available.


Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash and Bank Transfer and Cheques made payable to ‘Global Green Gardens s.l’ and within Spain by cash on delivery. All goods include VAT.



The cost of postage and packaging as well as import duty will be charged to the customer. We reserve the right to mail only a part of the goods if the rest is not available, and to change prices without prior warning.

Postage are shown in the order process and confirmation, changes will be given via email or phone if necessary. Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the Spanish and your local Federal Post Office.


Delivery Times

Goods in stock should be with you within 2- 5 working days (not including weekends and holidays) within Spain. If goods do not arrive within 5 working days please notify us immediately.

Goods in stock should be with you within 5 to 21 working days (not including weekends and holidays) outside of Spain. If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately
Please note we cannot track and guarantee international deliveries unless you opt for REGISTERED as shipping  method, as we have no means of tracking standard deliveries internationally. However we do produce proof of postage on standard deliveries by sending you the delivery confirmation after your delivery has been shipped. 

If you chose REGISTERED as shipping method you can normally track your delivery on the Spanish and your local Federal Post Office websites, or personally at your own local Federal Post Office.  

We would appreciate your patience when waiting for orders so please only get in touch if your order is getting towards the end of the above mentioned delivery times or if it has passed. We will then do our best to help.


Delivery Instructions

Orders will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked. Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form. We must have your full postcode and telephone number.

Once the amount has been paid and we have received confirmation by fax or e-mail, and we have received the stamped receipt for the respective money order or bank giro we will move to effect the shipment by mail in a neutral envelope with sender´s details also neutral. We will not accept responsibility for delays in delivery solely due to the postal service.


Transportation and Guarantee in Case of Fault

Transportation of goods will be at the buyer´s risk. Claims should be make in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Goods should be checked immediately on delivery to ensure they fulfill the contractual conditions.


Right of Withdrawal and Return

Due to the impersonal nature of online and e-commerce purchasing, the law grants the customer a right of withdrawal. The customer has the right to cancel his declaration of contract without stating a reason within seven (7) days after having received the product in written form. This period begins when the  goods are delivered. If the buyer has not returned the delivery with his short declaration of intent for the withdrawal within this period the purchase is fact. The buyer must prove that the delivered products are returned on time, for example by means of proof of postal delivery. Return of the products should be in the original packaging (including bonus and promotional goods) and as new. If goods are used, the original packaging of the goods opend or otherwised damaged the right to withdrawal becomes invalid. 

How to you use your right of withdrawal?

You don't have to state any reason in order to make use of your right of withdrawal, but it is important that you can prove that send-a-seed.com/ Global Green Gardens, S.L. has received your notification of withdrawal. Therefore it's convenient that on one hand you send an e-mail to contact@send-a-seed.net stating your intention to return the product within your right of withdrawal and on the other hand additionally communicate your decision and return the delivery by Registered mail within seven days to our head office in Spain.

The notification of withdrawal has to include the business information of Global G.G., S.L., the customer's details, the reference number of the order and of the corresponding invoice, the date, a short declaration of intent and finally the signature of the buyer. 


Once Global G.G.,S.L. has received the notification of withdrawal and the returned delivery by REGISTERED mail it has to refund the corresponding payments within 30 days.


To use the right to return the delivery or parts of it the same above mentioned steps are to be proceeded. 



We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. SEND-A-SEED.COM CAN ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCTS INTERCEPTED OR LOST IN TRANSIT, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR A PRODUCT TO BE SENT TO A COUNTRY WHERE IT IS ILLEGAL!

Although we will dispatch natural seeds in the right condition with potential capacity to germinate, we will not take any responsibility for the product nor for any subsequent damage. Due to the fact that in reference to seeds we are dealing with a natural product created by nature, whose germination is not the object of the contractor, and which will depend on factors of a diverse nature, we cannot assume any responsibility for the germination of the seed. We will sell only products from reputable producers and we will dispatch the goods in the producers original packaging.


Data protection

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.


Place of Business, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The place of business for transactions by both parties to the order, and equally the jurisdiction, is where the headquarters of the company Global Green Gardens are situated and where the duties of the same are undertaken: Estepona, Malaga, Spain. Spanish law, in particular mercantile, consumer and user law will be the sole law applicable to all acts and transactions of the company Global Green Gardens s.l.. Application of the UN International Trade Agreement is specifically excluded.


Legal Disclaimer

The sale and possession of cannabis seeds is not prohibited in Spain. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform himself of the existing laws in his/her country or region. We ask you to do this in order not to commit any type of infringement. We are not in any way responsible for the purpose or illegal use to which customers may put the seed. We will not sell goods to persons under 18 years of age.
